In his 30 years plus years and counting, Jorge DeLeon has brought a force of enthusiasm and empowerment to the real estate industry. Jorge excels in some of the industry’s most challenging arenas: working tirelessly to offer guidance that can develop independent agents to reach their full potential, excelling at complicated transactions involving multiple parties. In everything he does, Jorge keeps his clients’ best interests first and takes extra care to help them understand the purchase and sale process.
Jorge lives by the mantra of giving it all in all he does. And this goes beyond his work in real estate. He is incredibly proud to serve as a board member for the nonprofit Turning Point Foundation, helping the mentally ill become independent, engaged citizens. He has also run six half marathons. Jorge and his wife LeighAmber, have four active children. They reside in Ventura, California where Jorge was born and raised.
